When you
book the flowers and florals for your wedding or special event, a £50 deposit is required. There are
no
exceptions to this rule. If, for any reason you decide to cancel this deposit is
non - refundable. If you decide to postpone your wedding/event we will hold your
deposit until your wedding/event goes ahead. The £50 deposit will then be
subtracted from your final bill. |

Following
your booking we will make a further appointment for you
to meet with a member of our team approximately six weeks before your
wedding/event. The purpose of this meeting will be to finalise the flower
content, number of arrangements, buttonholes etc. |

We will provide you with an estimated cost for your flowers following the
meeting finalizing the flower content and number of arrangements. |
 |
We order the flowers direct from our wholesaler one week before your wedding/event
date, therefore no changes can be made after this date. You will, however be
able to make small changes e.g. numbers of buttonholes / corsages. |
 |
Our final invoice will be notified to you the day before the wedding/event,
payment must be received on the day of your event by cash or cheque. |
 |
There will be a charge for each
delivery address and there will also be a charge at £15.00 per hour for florist
time spent. |
 |
We require a signature when you receive your flowers to state that they have
arrived in perfect condition and that the number of pieces is correct. Any
queries must be raised within 1 hour of delivery. |
